West Elm owner Williams-Sonoma, Inc., tapped Fisher to build a ground up structure for their 18,000-sf store at Orlando’s Mall @ Millenia. By doing both the core & shell and the tenant improvement work, Fisher was able to bring greater efficiencies to the project that resulted in a shorter schedule and savings on our general conditions.
