Fisher Development built the 25,000-sf, 3-level, new concept Victoria’s Secret flagship on Herald Square, one of Manhattan’s busiest corners. The tight schedule and complex design featured a new storefront, elevator, reconditioned escalators, all new fixturing, and major structural work in this occupied office building. The result: a spectacular flagship that opened in time for the holiday season.
