Fisher Development performed selective demolition of this four-story retail space in an occupied building on Union Square. Scope included seismic strengthening, installing three sets of escalators, new MEPs and a new wood frame mezzanine infill. Site logistics were a major factor as much of the work had to be performed at night and at off-peak hours.
