





Fisher performed seismic upgrades, extensive core/shell work and tenant improvements to this 90-year-old building located in the heart of San Francisco. Built in the 1920s as a car dealership, this three-story structure was converted to a bank. When that business closed, the building remained vacant for more than a decade. The project required significant structural work in order to bring the building up to code. The project was delivered to the client on time and under budget.
