Fisher converted a fast food restaurant into upscale sales offices and showroom for the new Ritz Carlton Residences. Work included structural demolition of the mezzanine level, seismic testing and installation of new sub-floor to accommodate specialized concrete flooring. Fisher built a custom grid system to support the audio visual display, installed a new façade and storefront while maintaining the historic integrity of building. Custom fixtures that combined metal, glass and wood were used throughout.
