Fisher Development performed Phases I and II of the core/shell work to 901 Market, a historic building in San Francisco’s mid-Market district. Fisher performed extensive demolition and reconfiguration of this property in preparation for new retail tenants, including Nordstrom Rack’s 55,000 sf flagship store and Saks Off Fifth. Fisher installed 480 lineal feet of new glass / stone storefront, new escalators and elevators, structural steel in-fills and MEP upgrades. The upper five floors of the building were occupied during construction with multiple office tenants.
