Fisher has completed three summer projects at Charles Armstrong. The Summer 2014 outdoor learning facility had the added challenge of a planned shut down in July to accommodate summer school. Scope included demolition and site work, installation of new systems including drainage, irrigation, a bioswale plus new plantings, a concrete sidewalk, Ipe deck, built-in benches and a fountain. The 2015 project focused on constructing a new amphitheater and pavilion with an elaborate shade structure. Fisher also built a new Ipe deck, resurfaced the sport court and installed a custom play structure. Finally, our team reconfigured two classrooms for the middle school. The summer 2016 scope includes the construction of an outdoor art/garden space, a new parking lot and reconfiguring two classrooms.
