Fisher did a major renovation of this prime Union Square district location at the corner of Geary and Mason Streets. Scope included new base building features, building envelope, major structural and seismic upgrades, three new elevators and a vertical expansion, which will be a new rooftop restaurant and bar for Mastro’s Steakhouse. The ground floor retail space is occupied by CVS Pharmacy.
