Ariat, the #1 brand for English and Western performance footwear, tapped Fisher to build out their state-of-the-art worldwide headquarters. The 64,000-sf space was transformed from generic office park fare into a warm and whimsical, highly functional modern work space for all departments from design to accounting. Scope included building out an open floor plan and numerous private offices, conference rooms, kitchens and a large central meeting space. The space features some interesting design elements such as partial drop ceiling with metallic wainscoting and staggered partition walls defining private offices. The stunning reception desk is fabricated from four impressive Redwood beams. This project had the added complexity of being executed in three phases as our client occupied the space while under construction. This required a close partnership between Fisher and Ariat.
