721 Beach Street, San Francisco
This ground up, mixed-use project involved the demolition of the existing structure on the property, performing major excavation, drilling and site preparation. On this extremely narrow site, Fisher constructed a new four-story contemporary building that houses retail on the ground floor, offices on the second floor and two luxury residential units above. This is a residential neighborhood as well as a popular tourist destination, so site logistics had to be a major component of our plan.
