At the site of a former mortuary in Duboce Triangle, our client sees a prime opportunity to redevelop an underutilized property. The building design honors the building’s history by retaining the facade’s historic Spanish architecture and incorporating today’s modern aesthetic. Market Street’s newest mixed-used development will attract urban dwellers because its proximity to some of San Francisco’s best shopping, dining and public transit.
