Fisher broke ground on a pair of 12-story luxury residential towers at 1554 Market Street in July 2019. At the nexus of Hayes Valley, The Hub and Civic Center, this centrally located and transit-rich development will have 109 for-sale residences with an enclosed glass sky bridge connecting the towers and a shared landscaped courtyard. One tower will front Market Street and the other will face Oak Street. Amenities include underground parking for 28 vehicles and a landscaped rooftop terrace with expansive 360-degree views of downtown and Twin Peaks. The building’s ground floor retail space will help activate this up and coming neighborhood. The building features sleek, contemporary studios, one, two and three bedroom condominiums ranging from 500 to 1,500 sf.

SFO selected Fisher to improve the Airport’s wayfinding system throughout its vast, 2.5M sf facility. Fisher manages the design/build program, which includes design and programming, plus the construction and installation of the new signage system. The program is comprised of several discreet packages, including a campus-wide gate renumbering system, a 22’x11’ digital freeway sign and wayfinding signage at the new Grand Hyatt Airport Hotel and Terminal 2. The programming and design phases require exceptional coordination with dozens of key stakeholders in order to ensure flawless execution.

777 Tennessee Street is a 59-unit, five-story, multi-family residence located in the Dogpatch District of San Francisco. This up and coming neighborhood is near Mission Bay and the new Chase Center arena. The apartment building will have studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, many with private outdoor patios. The building has underground parking, a fitness center and roof deck with spectacular City and Bay views.
