Scope: FDI converted a fast food restaurant into upscale sales offices and showroom. Work included structural demolition of mezzanine level, seismic testing and installation of new sub-floor to accommodate specialized concrete flooring. FDI built custom grid system to support audio visual display, installed new façade and storefront while maintaining historic integrity of building and, custom fixtures that combined metal, glass and wood.
