Scope: Phased open-store remodel included the construction of a monumental staircase along with an extension to the existing silver-leafed barrel vault. FDI performed large scale abatement of abandoned basement, which we transformed into usable sales floor. Removal of rooftop equipment using an 85-foot stick.
