Town School for Boys

The “The East Wing Renovation” was Town School’s first installment of a multi-phased project to modernize its facility for 21st Century learners. Scope included: Seismic Strengthening (installed new steel beams, excavated and poured new foundations, built retaining walls); New window system replaced rear facade of the school’s East Wing; New electrical, mechanical and sprinkler systems; Asbestos Abatement throughout facility; Built 13 new classrooms, New Art Center, New STEM lab (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math); Lunch Room got new foundations and installed new duct work and exhaust system in the kitchen; and the theater’s stadium seating was removed, floor was excavated and trenched in order to add new footings. The project is in the process of becoming CHPS verified.
