RETAIL TRAFFIC RANKS FISHER DEVELOPMENT IN TOP 10 FOR BUILD OUT OF INTERIOR SPACE

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (October 2008)-Retail Traffic, a leading trade magazine for the retail and construction industry, ranked Fisher Development 9th among general contractors for the build out of retail interior space nationwide, the company announced today.

The magazine determines its ranking of top contractors by the total square footage of retail space completed in the prior year. Fisher Development reported the completion of 3,537,220 square feet in 2007.
