FDI ADDS HORSEPOWER TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIVISION

May 5, 2008 (SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.)--- Fisher Development, Inc. (FDI) announced today that it hired Saaid Moezzi, LEED AP, as Director of its company’s Construction Management Services division.

Mr. Moezzi’s rich and diverse professional background in business development, account management and green building, aligns with FDI’s goals to broaden its offerings of fee-based consulting to its clients.

“Bringing Saaid on board in this role is vital for developing our presence as construction managers,” said Ken Pickart, CEO of Fisher Development. “We’re thrilled to welcome such a seasoned and dynamic professional to our team.”

Most recently, Mr. Moezzi was Project Manager for Swinerton Management & Consulting in San Francisco where he played a key role in the launch of that company’s Green Consulting Services Division. During his tenure there, Mr. Moezzi worked with clients such as the Presidio Trust, The Golden Gate National Park’s Conservancy, Resmark Equity Partners, and the San Mateo Community College District.

In 2001, Mr. Moezzi founded an international internet telecommunications company (VOIEX). In prior business development roles, he worked for Buzzsaw (an Autodesk company) and Hilti. From 1991-1997, he worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron, a fully integrated EPC service provider.

Mr. Moezzi received his bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from University of Arizona.
