FDI Announces Key Promotion

November 1, 2007 (NEW YORK, NY)---Fisher Development announced today that it promoted Mike Niland to Vice President.

Since early 2006, Mr. Niland has led the East Coast team dedicated to Williams Sonoma’s brand, West Elm. He has successfully managed the explosive growth of this thriving retail concept and has himself served as project manager on several high profile and complex jobs.

“Mike is the consummate team player,” said Ken Pickart, FDI’s Chief Executive Officer. “He grasps the complexity of this fast-paced program, he’s a wonderful mentor to those on his team and he gets the job done right.”

Mr. Niland worked for FDI from 1999-2002 and then returned in 2005 as a Director.
