Mike Niland

Michael Niland is Vice President of Operations in Fisher Development’s New York office. A seasoned constructor and construction manager with more than 20 years experience, Mr. Niland serves as Account Representative for clients that have complex and fast-paced national rollout programs. He joined FDI in 1998 as a Senior Project Manager, was promoted in 2006 to Director and to Vice President in 2007. Before coming to FDI, Mr. Niland was an owner’s representative at a construction management firm, where he honed his skills as a manager and mastered the art of understanding the needs and expectations of client/owners.
