Denise Broadman Sharp

As President, Denise Sharp plays a key role in the operation of FDI’s regional offices by providing continuity and strategic direction. She is also an account representative for several retail clients. Ms. Sharp joined the company almost 15 years ago as a Project Manager and has held various positions since including Executive Vice President, Vice President of Special Projects and Senior Project Manager. Ms. Sharp is noted for her expertise in all facets of retail and commercial construction. Over the years, she has overseen many complicated street location projects in most major U.S. cities. She graduated with a bachelor of arts from Rutgers University.
