Dave Demaray oversees Fisher Development’s Estimating team. He specializes in preliminary estimating, providing clients with costs during every stage of the design process. FDI's retailing clients have found his estimating expertise invaluable during the design phase as they developed their new brands nationwide. Mr. Demaray joined Fisher Development in 1991 and took a hiatus from 2002 to 2003. During that time, he worked for a Bay Area construction management company, where he performed cost planning services for commercial and public projects including schools, hospitals, student housing and federal office buildings.
