Bill Texeira
Vice President of Operations (Orlando)

Bill Texeira joined Fisher Development in 1997 as a Project Manager in the company’s Orlando office and rose rapidly through the ranks. In 2002, he was promoted to Vice President of the Orlando regional office, where he oversees the company’s operations in the burgeoning Southeastern market. Mr. Texeira holds a Florida general contractor license. Mr. Texeira grew up in the construction field, working as a residential carpenter after school and on weekends. He studied business management at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, Calif.
